At The Grow Project, our Physical Activity & Fitness programme is designed to promote physical health, enhance wellbeing, and encourage an active lifestyle. Whether it’s a game of football, a session at the driving range, or a refreshing swim, our wide range of activities caters to all interests and abilities. We aim to provide individuals with learning disabilities the opportunity to engage in physical exercise, develop new skills, and experience the joy of movement in a supportive and inclusive environment.
