At The Grow Project, we offer a tailored Employability & Money Skills programme designed to help individuals with learning disabilities develop essential skills for the workplace and manage their personal finances effectively. Our activities focus on equipping attendees with the tools they need to increase their independence, gain confidence, and prepare for both financial and professional responsibilities.
